We got up at 7.30 and had breakfast with all the others who were staying in the hotel. Later on we packed and checked out. We first went to the hotel of John, Louis and Veronique. Their hotel had an electrical black-out and a few things were not functioning anymore. After a while we went to the harbour and tried to find our ferry. That was very complicated, because there were a lot of roadworks going on. We almost got on the ferry to Algeria. At the parking of the ferry there were several other desert going cars and cars that were loaded so heavy that their rear bumper almost touched the ground! We boarded and looked for our huts. After we had installed ourselves we went to the upper decks. Windy and sunny after a few days of heavy rainfall. At 19.00 we will have a drink with all the others in the bar. We filled in several papers for police and customs. After having done that we had dinner and went to bed rather early.
